Is "free forever" actually forever?

Yes. The core toolkit — community, AI consultant (50 msg/day), 3 goals, all lessons, leaderboard — stays free for students. Always. Our business model is Pro for power users, not data resale.

Why isn't Pro free if you care about students?

Two reasons. One — running unlimited AI is expensive, and we'd rather charge users than sell their data. Two — Pro is genuinely free for any verified .edu email holder. The $8/mo is for graduates, professionals, or anyone who outgrew the free tier.

Can I cancel anytime?

One click. From your settings. No phone call, no email gauntlet. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep Pro until the period ends.

What if I'm a student who graduated mid-month?

You keep your free Pro for 6 months after graduation. After that, the regular pricing kicks in — but you can downgrade to free Student at any time, no questions asked.

Do you offer refunds?

14-day full refund on any paid plan. No questions. Just email us.

What's the Pioneer tier really for?
